Terms and Conditions

1. All bouquet sales, bloom arrangements (including prom/wedding arrangements, corsages, boutonnieres, etc.), single stem sales, bucket of bloom sales, and event ticket sales are final. Woodland Spirit Flowers, LLC will not provide a refund for these items if the order is cancelled after purchase.

1.1 Refunds will only be offered if the promise of fresh blooms is not met by Woodland Spirit Flowers, LLC. Due to the unpredictability of mother nature a refund of up to 75% will be offered due to crop failure only.

2. Woodland Spirit Flowers, LLC is not responsible for a customer's adverse allergic reaction to our products. Any allergies to our products must be disclosed to our staff prior to an event where a customer will be engaging with our blooms, greenery and/or floral supplies; this includes, but not limited to, Photo Blooms, boudoir photography sessions,  vendor markets, bouquet displays at brick and mortal storefront locations, etc.

2.2 Consuming our products is prohibited. If a customer chooses to ingest any of our blooms, greenery or floral supplies they will do so at their own risk. Woodland Spirit Flowers, LLC is not liable for any injury sustained if a customer chooses to ingest our products. 

2.3 Woodland Spirit Flowers, LLC is not liable for any injury sustained to a patron/customer and is not responsible/liable to pay any hospital bill, medical bill, doctors bill etc. if a customer requires medical assistance, doctors visits or medication after choosing to engage with or consume our products and services.
